Direct primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare business model in which patients purchase a membership that allows them access to primary care services. The patient pays a monthly fee to the medical office, and can then access care as needed, without paying an additional fee at the time of service. All members are given direct access to their providers cell phone number so they can get their questions and concerns answered quickly and conveniently.

Your monthly membership fee gives you direct access to your provider for office visits, phone calls, text messaging, emails, and virtual office visits with no hidden fees.
Membership Includes:
Thorough physical exam, preventive care counseling *once per year
In-Office Visits (acute and chronic follow up visits)
Telemedicine Visits
Texting/Phone Visits
Discounted antiaging and longevity counseling
Discounted Hormonal evaluation and hormonal replacement for eligible patients.
Discounted Weight loss treatment with available FDA approved medications
Evaluation of BMI
Discussion of healthy habits
Healthy lifestyle counseling
Body composition and weight loss evaluation
Flu, strep, covid tests, urine dipstick, urine pregnancy
Covid, rsv and flu test with additional fee to cover the cost of the test
Remove impacted ear wax to relive pain or restore diminished hearing
Members can contact provider via calls/texts between the hours of Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
Only urgent issues will be addressed for members outside of normal office hours. Non urgent issues will be addressed during the normal 9-5 working hours.
